Coaching supervision Amsterdam | Ki-Anne

What is coaching supervision?

The word supervision is often associated with management, control or hierarchy. In everyday language it may refer to a person in a senior position who oversees the work of others. In the context of this practice, however, coaching supervision has a different meaning and intention.

Coaching supervision is a form of professional guidance in which we take time to reflect together on your work experiences, questions and challenges. Rather than focusing on judgement or performance, the emphasis lies on attentive observation, shared exploration and thoughtful dialogue. By creating some distance from daily routines, space can emerge for new perspectives, greater self-awareness and more conscious professional choices.

This process can support you in functioning with increased clarity, confidence and resilience in a working environment that may at times feel complex or demanding. Coaching supervision is therefore both a reflective and developmental process, in which personal growth and professional practice are closely connected.
