Welcome to Ki-Anne, a practice in Amsterdam Centre for coaching supervision and zen shiatsu massages. On this page you will find a short introduction. Through the various tabs in the menu you can read more about the approach, background and possibilities.
At first glance, supervision and shiatsu may seem to have little in common. Nevertheless, at Ki-Anne they are not brought together by coincidence. In both forms of guidance, personal attention is central: creating space for awareness, recovery and development. Both supervision sessions and shiatsu massages support, each in their own way, the well-being of the client.

Coaching supervision does not involve physical contact. It is a form of professional guidance aimed at reflecting on one’s own work, making choices and strengthening personal and professional functioning. Shiatsu, on the other hand, is a form of massage in which targeted pressure and attention help the body to relax and support its natural balance.
Both coaching supervision and shiatsu are aimed at helping people feel better and function better. In a supervision process, clients explore their way of working, their reactions, their questions and their possibilities for growth. This can help them make choices in their work situation with more insight, confidence and calm.
Zen shiatsu is a form of body-oriented therapy and is often experienced as a deep, relaxing massage. One or more shiatsu massages can contribute to a better sense of balance. Clients often experience more body awareness, more calm and a reduction of physical and mental tension.
